Illinois biodiesel producer BN National Trail announced this morning that it has protected a purchase agreement of all biodiesel process equipment from Kreido Biofuels. The shipment of the equipment is now underway from Houston, TX and is expected to show up in Newton, IL by October
According to the business, the job is a shovel-ready site. It is located in an enterprise zone in Newton, IL near the second largest transport corridor in the U.S. It’s developed to take full advantage of using innovation in the biofuels market along with a better understanding of how to successfully handle a biodiesel production facility.
The scalable 30 MGPY facility’s essential differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the technology, shown in large-scale production in Europe today. This makes it possible for BN National Trail to develop getting contracts with regional feedstock providers who will have the ability to supply crude soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low price throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will originate from the innovative feedstock technology program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being broadened to include algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE certified innovation will be integrated with the new process devices,” validated CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has been offered for when the plant would start production.
"This purchase arrangement is a significant advance for BN National Trail. Not only will it supply profits, but it will also speed up strategies by approximately 2 years.” said CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it created, BN National Trail Holdings began browsing for a website to advertise a more energy efficient and low C02 processing technology for the biodiesel industry. A nationwide search for a shovel ready project site to develop lead BNE Chicago’s entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, a venture by regional community members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The 5 years of foundation job development by National Trail integrated with Blue Northern’s knowledgeable staff of biodiesel production, job management, and cash management competence ensures educated and element management that will make it possible for BN National Trail to be an ingenious and world class biodiesel center.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Center, the research study and advancement center for Blue Northern Energy. The center’s objective will be to fine-tune latest technology advances in biodiesel production and usages of renewable resource. This will include evaluating multiple fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas
